Animals you can see in Chitwan National Park
No guarantees but I will do my best to guide you to see most of these wildlife animals in Chitwan National Park.
Bengal Tiger
This is the jewel in the crown. Extremely difficult to see - but
not impossible.
Come with me every day for a week and you never know.
Of course, you may see one on the first morning!
Rhino
Much more common than the tiger.
But rhino numbers are declining due partly
to poaching.
See them now while you still can.
Sloth Bear
Nothing lazy about a sloth bear. Don't be misled by the name!
Crocodile
Definitely not a good place to go for a quick dip in the river.
You will see crocs and gavials and plenty of them.
Best
in a large group. Commune closely with nature.
